technically, only 8 pounds til I hit a number im happy with. :D I left a range to make up for muscle. :3 Did the 30DS today! :D Got through it all!

I think it depends on your frame size! BMI’s dont think about that! I’m trying for 110-115 at the same height. I’m 123! With a small frame, 112 is the low of healthy weight.
